We offer Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro Dance, and so much more! Our classes are for amazing kids like yours that want to further their personal growth and creativity through dance.

Our Faculty

Eugene Gonzalez

Eugene is a native of Cuba but has recently become a citizen of the USA. He trained and performed with many amazing dancers, including Alora Alonso in the Cuban National Ballet. We are very pleased to have Mr. Eugene teaching our ballet classes!

Deonna Clinton

 Deonna is a North Florida native that has been dancing since she was 4. She is currently attending FSCJ where she was a member of the Danceworks Repertoire Company for two years. She has choreographed for musicians of the I Love Music Foundation, Performed and taken classes at the American Dance Festival and the A.I.R. dance conference. She has performed and trained with Rebecca Levy and other dancers of the Jacksonville Dance Theatre. 

Kacey Clark

Kacey currently attending FloArts in Palatka. She is a 2016 graduate of  Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. In 2013, she attended Irina and Max New York Summer Intensive. In 2014, she attended the Joffrey Ballet Summer Intensive in Florence, Italy. In 2015 she attended Alvin Ailey's Professional Division Summer Intensive in New York. She has also participated in several local Nutcracker performances.  She brings her enthusiasm for dance to every class. 

Wendi Cloud

Wendi is 42 years young and no stranger to the stage. Starting at 8 years old she danced, sang, and acted all the way through elementary, high school, and college. Wendi graduated from McPherson College, in McPherson Kansas, with a Major in Music, her emphasis in Musical Theatre in 2006. During her college years, she was the choreographer for several community and college shows. She's held many lead and... supporting lead roles along her journey, as well as keeping up on her dance skills in ballet, tap, jazz, and theatrical dancing. 

Lyrik Parrish

Lyrik began performance dance and gymnastics at a very young age. She excelled very early and began winning numerous grand talent awards. Not only that, at just 12 years old, Lyrik choreographed multiple full-length Christian productions, ran a summer dance camp completely solo, and had her first paid job as a beginner’s ballet assistant. After moving to Jacksonville at fourteen, Lyrik began collaborating with local artists to choreograph and dance in their music videos. Since then, Lyrik has had the opportunity to dance live with/for many talented performers, including the Jacksonville Sharks Dance Team!   

Joann Clark

Joann brings to our studio many years of experience in the dance industry. Her introduction to dance began as a child when she took classes offered at her school. Later, when her daughter started dancing her love of dance blossomed into a full blown passion. She worked at Marta Jackson School of Dance for many years as office manager and Dance Team Manager where Marta inspired her to achieve more. In 2014, when Marta passed away she decided to find a home where she could share her passion for dance. She founded Middleburg Academy of Dance as a result.
